Themes can be applied to your EVSE Groups and will change the way your customer views your payment page when using intercharge DIRECT to pay at one of your charging stations.
Themes Tab
In the intercharge DIRECT section of the HBS Portal, navigate to the Themes page by clicking on “Themes” in the left hand side navigation bar. It gives you an overview of all the themes you have created.
Create a Theme
By clicking on the “Create A Theme” button you can access the Create Theme page.
1. Theme Details
By defining the theme details you can customize the appearance of the mobile website that customers are using when they buy your intercharge DIRECT Product at your charging station.

Theme Name: The Theme's name will not be visible for your customers. The name should help you differentiate between different themes.

Header color: Select a color for the header.

Button color: Select a color for both of the buttons.

Logo: Upload your logo to the theme. Only JPEG and PNG files of a maximum of 1 MB are accepted.

Image: Upload a Picture to the Theme. Only JPEG and PNG files of a maximum of 1 MB are accepted.
2. Theme Text
In a second step, the theme text, needs to be added in (at least) one language. Afterwards, you can add more languages to the theme.

Select Language: Select the language in which you are intending to define further texts. The user will be able to switch between all languages you have specified, by changing the language in their browser. The initial language displayed depends on the configuration of the user's browser. English is shown as a default.

Imprint & eMail Signature: Imprint in the language you have defined in Select Language.

Terms and Conditions: Your Terms and Conditions for the usage of an intercharge DIRECT Product in the language you have defined in Select Language.

Privacy Policy: Your Privacy Policy in the language you have defined in Select Language.

Additional Information (URL): Provide a link to one of your websites, if there is the need for further information (optional).

Service Hotline: Provide a service helpline for customers who need assistance charging.
Click on “Publish Theme” to complete the creation procedure.
View a Theme
To get a detailed view of a theme, just click on it in the Themes page. Here you can see what your theme looks like in the customer view as well as an overview of the theme texts and EVSE Groups that the respective theme is associated with.
Edit a Theme
To edit a theme just click on the “Edit” button in the detailed theme view.
This brings you to the edit mode. Here you can freely adjust texts, colors and names as well as update the uploaded images. Click on “Publish Theme” to publish your changes.
Delete a Theme
To delete a theme, click on the “Delete” button in the top right corner of the detailed theme view.
A window pops up, asking for confirmation.
A theme which is currently used by one or more EVSE Groups cannot be deleted. In order to delete it, you first have to remove the theme from the EVSE Group(s).
