In order to set up an intercharge DIRECT Product which later will be applied to some of your EVSE Groups, it is necessary to first create at least one Tariff as well as a PSP Account.
Forming various PSP combinations provides you with the ability to freely choose, which Payment Service Providers are accessible for your Intercharge Direct customers at which of your EVSE Groups.
PSP Tab
For an overview of your PSP Accounts, navigate to the PSP tab in the “Intercharge Direct” section of the HBS Portal.
Create a PSP Account
To create a new PSP Account, please follow the three step procedure after clicking on the “Create A PSP Account”-button in the upper right corner of the PSP tab.
1. Enter PSP Details
In a first step, please enter the PSP Combination Name. It will be displayed in the PSP tab for you to differentiate between various PSP Accounts.
2. Add PSP
Now your are set up to add PSPs to your PSP Account. Therefore you first select a PSP Type from the dropdown, which will display a list with all the PSPs available to you. Afterwards, enter your personal PSP credentials. Please note that the names of required credentials might be different from each other for each PSP, e.g. for DATATRANS they are called Merchant ID and Password.
To add more PSPs just click on the “Add More PSPs”-button and repeat step 2. You can also remove PSPs from you list by clicking on the “Delete”-button.
3. Receipt Form
The information provided in this part is shown in the receipt generated for the EV driver. Please provide the details of the company that is owner of that specific PSP account.
In a last step, enter your Company Details. Those are consisting of your Company Name, Street, Building Number, Postal Code, City, Country as well as the Operator Tax Number. Complete your PSP Account by entering the Email to which all the receipts generated to the EV driver will be forwarded to that email.
Click on the “Publish”-button in the bottom right corner to confirm the PSP Account.
View PSP Account Details
To get a detailed view of one of your PSP Accounts, just click on the respective PSP Account in the PSP tab. You will be redirected to another page, displaying all the information about the Account, including a list of Intercharge Direct Products to which you have the PSP Account connected with.
To extend the information associated with the PSP Types, click on the “View” button of the respective PSP.
EDIT a PSP Account
To edit a PSP Account, click on the “Edit”-button in the top right corner of the detailed PSP Account view.
Delete a PSP Account
To delete a PSP Account, click on the “Delete”-button in the top right corner of the detailed PSP Account view.
To confirm the process, click on “Confirm” in the window pop up.
Please note, that in the case that a PSP Account is being used by a Intercharge Direct Product the “Delete”-button is disabled. You will have to remove that PSP Account from the Product in order to delete it.
