This section shows how to subscribe to Service Offers from partners.
In the tab “Service Offers”, you see all offers that have been forwarded to you. Select a service offer from one of your potential partners which you would like to subscribe to.
By clicking on the offer in the table, the detailed Service Offer view will open:
The first block “Offer Details” gives you the important information about the offer you are going to subscribe to.
The second block “Pricing model” shows detailed information about the selected pricing model (Product Pricing, Flexible/Dynamic or Standard).
Please note that an expired subscription to an offer can no longer be extended. Partners need to make sure to extend their subscription before the expiration date.
Subscribe to the Service Offer:
Subscribe to the Offer by clicking on the “Subscribe” button in the upper right. A “Confirm Subscription” window will pop up.
There are more than one option, how to specify the date range of a subscription. However, in any case it is mandatory to specify the “Notice Period”.
Field | Validation |
Notice Period |
Field has to be filled in with at least one character. Recommended are 14 days. |
In case you do not have existing subscriptions now or in the future with the CPO:
In the pop up under "Possible Subscriptions”, you will see the maximal subscription you can perform regarding this specific offer, that is to say set from “now” in your local time until the end of the offer.
If you already have active running or future subscriptions in place with the CPO:
In the pop up under “Possible Subscriptions” will appear the list of possible subscriptions timeframes you can perform for this specific offer. These possibilities maximize the validity of the subscription you can have for this specific offer and other existing subscriptions you possibly have already in place with the CPO.
The earliest date can be either set to “now” in your local time or to the end of the validity of your running subscription. The latest date you can subscribe to the offer is either the last day of the offer or the date in the future when your future subscription begins.
Custom Date:
You can also chose other custom validity dates, the calendar will adapt itself to the minimum term defined in the offer. A subscription starting in the future will be active at 00:00:00:000 in your time zone and a subscription ending in the future will stop at 23:59:59:999 in your time zone.
