The subscription to an offer without expiration date gives you more flexibility as there is no need to track end dates. You can recognise such offers in the Service offers view, marked in the Valid To column as No expiration date.
Offers without an expiration date are only compatible with Next Generation Pricing (NGP), not the other pricing models on the platform.
In offers without an expiration date the CPO has the possibility to change prices after a period of time. This time period is defined through the Lead time field. The minimum lead time is 15 days.
In case the CPO publishes new prices you will receive an email notification (if you have enabled them in the User Data section of your profile). You will be able to go to the offer details to see the new prices and accept or decline them. If the new prices are not accepted the connection with the CPO will be put on hold from the date that the new prices take effect. An information banner will also appear on the active offer informing about the cancellation of the previous prices.
In the example below, the CPO has published new prices that will be effective on May 5th, 2025. The new prices have been accepted by the EMP. The previous prices will be shown as a cancelled offer until the new prices take effect.
Click on Show next offer to find the pricing details that will take effect on May 5, 2025. As the prices are already accepted the status is shown as Active.
The CPO has published new prices, where can I find the previous ones?
Click on the link Show previous prices included in the offer detail view and the previous prices will be shown. You will be able to view all previous prices from this unlimited offer here.
