You need to submit a subscription request to the CPO for the offers you want to subscribe to. The CPO will verify your details and approve your request. They will be applicable for all New offers created by CPO.
Step-by-Step: Submitting a Subscription Request
1. Select Offer from List
a. Search for and select an Offer-to-All service offer in the Approval type column labeled “Needs CPO approval”.
b. The subscription details will display the Required Fields that you must provide before requesting to subscribe to the O2A offer.
2. Click “Request Subscription”
a. A dialog box appears, allowing you to select from available subscription timeframes, as per the current functionality.
3. After you click the “Subscribe” button
a. Dialog box appears, you have a choice of auto-populating the Required Fields or manually entering them
b. Manual edits won’t update your MasterData. To save changes permanently, your admin must have edit rights and update the data via Administration | Master data management in the HBS Portal.
c. You must confirm that the Terms & Conditions were reviewed and confirmed.

d. Submit the request.
4. Redirect to Subscription Details Page

- Navigate to All Subscriptions page
- View offer with status: Under Review
