Once you have logged onto the portal you may want to create new user accounts so your colleagues can also access the platform. You can also edit user data, as well as change passwords. To do this, click on the tab User Management in the Administration section.
You can see an overview of all users you have created for your partner account so far. You can filter them by First name, Last name, Login Name, and Email.
You can edit the user details, reset the password, lock the user, and delete the user.
If you want to change a user's password, click the 'Reset Password icon next to the lock icon. After confirmation from your side, the user will receive an email with a new password. After the first login, the user will be requested to choose a new password.
If you want to add a new user, click “+ New User” in the upper right corner of the table.
To edit user data, click on the tab of the user and click on the 'Edit' button in the top right corner.
When adding new users, you will need to define their Roles.
User Roles
Partner Account Administrator CPO | Users can manage other Users, manage Sub-partner Management, Master Data Management, Service Type Settings, and Certificate Management. Users are allowed to create and see the Offers and Subscriptions. Users can access the Process Monitor and Helpdesk. |
Power User Helpdesk | Users can only access the dashboard. |
Power User Business Contracts | Users are allowed to create and see the Offers and Subscriptions. |
Power User Reporting | Users are allowed to see Alerts and news on the Dashboard. |
Power User Invoice Management CPO |
Users can perform any action in the context of Invoice Management. |
Power User Intercharge Direct | Users can perform any action in the context of ICD. |
Standard User Business Contracts | Users are allowed to see the Offers and Subscriptions. |
Standard User Monitoring | Users are allowed to see the process monitor. |
Standard User Reporting | Users are allowed to see Alerts and news on the Dashboard. |
Standard User Invoice Management CPO | Users can view Invoice Management but have no access to the Account Configuration tab. |
Standard User Testing | Users can only access the dashboard and testing tool section. |
Plug&Charge User | Users can only access the Heartbeat |
Furthermore, you can define which information the user will receive via mail:
News: The user will receive news about new partners joining the platform via email
Alerts: The user will receive alerts about expiring offers and subscriptions via email
Save your changes by clicking 'Update User' or 'Add User' in the bottom right corner. You see the new user or user with modified data in the overview on the User Accounts page.
