As a registered partner, you can apply different administration rights on the platform. You may edit this section if you have a user account with the "Partner Account Administrator" user role. If you do not have this user role, please contact your organisation's administrator to make changes to this section.
You can change your data, add more users, request sub-partners, and make changes to your service type settings.
Master Data Management
In this section you can perform the following actions:

Change the partner name in case the name of your organization has been changed

Update the billing information and contact details

Change the OICP type and API type (e.g. for an OICP upgrade).
To improve communication between EMP and CPO new fields have been added in the contact details. Please complete them so that your partners can have all the information they need to contact the right person within your organization:
- First name and last name: Please add the commercial contact for business contract questions here
- Email address: please add the email address of your commercial contact for business contract negotiations
- Support email address: add your customer support email address here
- B2B support phone number: add your phone number here for emergencies - this is what Hubject will call in case e.g. you are too slow to respond to authorizeStart requests
Here you can see your personal details as well as your address and billing information. Furthermore, it shows your external ID (this field cannot be changed - please contact your Account Manager to receive an offer to change this field), the Interface Version (the protocol version you are currently using, e.g. OICP 2.3), and the API type (should be REST).
