In each phase, you will find a checklist for the steps that you will need to complete in that particular phase.
In the Pre-contract phase, you will receive information about:
- Defining your official Operator ID
- an Introduction to eRoaming Security
- Whitelisting your IPs with Hubject and creating two Certificate Signing Requests
as well as an onboarding questionnaire via Contractbook to get you onboarded as fast as possible.
Once you have signed your contract with Hubject, your Account Manager will move you to the Onboarding Start phase.
