Currently, our average onboarding time for CPOs is between 10 and 12 weeks. We will gladly assist you with faster onboarding. Our onboarding process is split into the following phases:
To make the process as fast as possible, we will share with you some preliminary information and questionnaires before you sign the contract. You will take care of our eRoaming Security Requirements which will lay the base for the rest of the onboarding.
1 Onboarding start
In the onboarding start, you will receive more information about our Open intercharge Protocol (OICP) as well as receive RFID cards from Hubject.
2 Quality assurance phase
In the QA phase, you will implement the web services, configure the service endpoint and test your implementation for bugs.
3 Production phase
In the PROD phase, you will move your tried and tested implementation to our production environment and perform final tests.
4 Offer phase
In the Offer phase, you will learn more about CPO service offers and create your first offer.
5 Post-onboarding phase
In the Post OB phase, we would like to hear your feedback. Our Business Operations Team will answer any further technical questions that might arise post-onboarding - you can contact them from this phase onwards with your new Hubject Help Center login.
