In each phase, you will find a checklist for the steps that you will need to complete in that particular phase.
In the pre-contract phase, you will receive information about:
- Defining your official provider ID
- An introduction to eRoaming security
- Whitelisting your IP with Hubject and creating a Certificate Signing Request
as well as two questionnaires via Contractbook to get you onboarded as fast as possible:

Please fill in the questionnaires to proceed quickly with your onboarding. Once you have signed your contract with Hubject, your Account Manager will move you to the onboarding start phase.
