Currently, our median onboarding time for EMPs is about 5 months. We will gladly assist you for a faster onboarding. Our onboarding process is split into the following phases:
0 Pre-contract
To make the process as fast as possible, we will share with you some preliminary information and questionnaires before you sign the contract. You will take care of our eRoaming Security Requirements which will lay the base for the rest of the onboarding.
1 Onboarding start
In the onboarding start, you will create the preconditions necessary for a secure connection as well as send RFID UIDs to Hubject for testing purposes. This phase takes partners about 4 weeks.
2 Quality assurance phase
In the QA phase, you will implement the web services, configure the service endpoint and test your implementation for bugs. This phase takes about 4 months for most partners.
3 Production phase
In the PROD phase, you will move the implementation from QA environment to our production environment and perform final tests. This phase takes about 3 weeks for most partners.
4 Subscription phase
In the Subscription phase, you will learn more about CPO service offers and subscribe to your first offer. This phase takes most EMPs about 6 days.
5 Post-onboarding phase
In the Post OB phase, we would like to hear your feedback. Our Operations Teams will answer any further technical questions that might arise post-onboarding.
