Deactivate or Edit Details of an EMP (eRoaming and Non-eRoaming)

An address change may necessitate updating the EMP's information. The EMP management section allows for easy editing of these details.

To edit the details for eRoaming and Non-eRoaming EMPs, please follow the next steps:

1. Hover over EMP to see edit icon

2. Edit address, email, reseller status, or all & click update

Important: as of this moment, the general details like EMP name or VAT can not be edited by the CPO for the eRoaming EMPs. Only Non-eRoaming EMPs can be edited, alternatively be created from scratch by the CPO.

You can also choose to deactivate the EMP:

1. Login into the FS tool

2. Click on EMP Management

3. Hover the mouse over the row of the EMP you wish to deactivate in the table.

4. Click on the quick action “Edit”
