The EMP management section provides all the necessary information about the EMPs. The contact and billing information of the EMPs subscribed to the CPO’s NGP offers can be found in this section.
Whether you need to check if an EMP has a valid reseller certificate, or modify the address or billing contact, this section facilitates these types of operations.
This section is divided into two views: eRoaming and non-eRoaming. There are multiple articles at the end that will cover both.

EMP Data:
eRoaming EMPs data comes already pre-filled from Hubject when the account is activated. You need to review already pre-filled/migrated EMP Invoicing Data for current / accuracy.
Reminder: The pre-filled data of EMPs is not synced. New EMPs will be added, but the already added EMPs' data isn’t kept up to date. You have to make sure EMP details are up to date before the beginning of the new invoicing month.
Non-ERoaming EMPs data needs to be filled in by you manually in the HBS portal. You have to make sure EMP details are up to date before the beginning of the new invoicing month.
