Definition |
EVSE Network | Set of all the EVSEs owned/managed by a CPO. |
EVSE Group | Classification of EVSEs within a network, according to specific criteria the CPO sets. |
Tariff | Combination of price components and their prices that the CPO can create to bill EMP/end-user for the usage of her/his charging stations. |
Price components |
Product/service that CPOs include in a specific tariff and bill the EMP/end-user for during a charging session. At the moment, there are four price components available: energy fee, time fee, parking fee, and start fee. Prices displayed for each of the price components do not include taxes.
Price component that tracks the energy consumed during a charging session. It is measured in kilowatts per hour (kWh).
Price component that tracks the duration of a charging session. It is measured in minutes (min).
Price component that tracks the occupation of the parking spot, during a charging session. It can be set to apply from the moment the charging session starts until it ends or from when the charging of the vehicle stops until the session ends. Grace period The grace period allows CPO to defer the start of the parking fee to a certain moment of the charging session. During the applicability of the grace period, the parking fee is not billed to the EMP/end user. The grace period is measured in minutes (min).
Price component that tracks the cost of using a charging point. It is a one-off fee that is measured per session. |
Timetable | A calendar is used to assign a tariff to a specific time slot of the week. |
