- Pricing updates are manually driven by the CPO, ensuring that all EMPs using the offer get the latest pricing conditions with the lead time agreed upon to allow EMPs to review the initial and new pricing.
A step-by-step guide to Subscribe an offer.
- You are notified of new service offers, and after receiving the notification, You log into the HBS Portal
- You can view subscription details under the Available Offers section.
- After you select the Unlimited offer from the list view, the offer refreshes to the Details page.
- You can review the validity dates along with the Cancellation period, Minimum Term, and Lead time for updated pricing.
- Then you scroll down to the Tariff and Pricing detail.
- Each EVSE Group essentially could have 1 or more pricing component details to review.
- There is also the option to download EVSE Pricing, which is more specific pricing per EVSE in an EVSE Group.
- Then you decide to subscribe to the unlimited offer and confirm the subscription with a possible subscription period.
- You can subscribe to more than 1 offer from the same CPO theoretically if there is a future-date limited/unlimited offer for example.
