1.Receive Notification
- You receive an alert notification email when an EMP requests a subscription
- Includes direct link to the Service Offer Details page (See example below)
Subject: "Reminder: 7 Days Left to Accept or Decline an O2A Subscription"
Dear [CPO Partner Name] “Admin User”,
You have 7 days remaining to approve or decline the subscription request from [EMP Name] for the service offer "[Offer Name]".
If no action is taken by [Decision Deadline: Month dd, yyyy], the request will be automatically approved.

2.Review Request
- On the Service Offer details page:
- Scroll to EMP Subscription Request
- Review the required fields submitted by the EMP
3. Decision Deadline
- 7-day window to approve or decline the request
- If no action is taken → System auto-approves on Day 8
4. Approve Request
- Hover over the Quick Action icon and select “Approve subscription.”
- Click Approve
- EMP is subscribed → Offer status becomes Active
- You confirm in the Service Offer Details page that the EMP is removed from the EMP’s subscription requests table view
- EMP receives a confirmation email that the Subscription is active
5. Decline Request
- Hover over the Quick Action icon and select “Decline subscription.”
- Choose a reason from the predefined dropdown
- You confirm the EMP no longer is displayed in the EMP’s subscription requests on the Service Offer details page.
6. Manage EMP Subscriptions
- In the Service Offer Details page, click "Manage EMP Subscriptions."
- View tabs:
- Subscribed EMPs
- Not Approved EMPs
- The link directs the user to the EMP Subscribers list page as a default, but then can select a tab “Not approved EMPs”, for EMPs that have been declined for this particular O2A offer.
- EMP receives an email notification with the reason
Subject: Your Subscription Request to “[Offer Name]” Was Not Approved
Dear [EMP Partner Name] “Admin User”,
Your subscription request to the service offer “[Offer Name]” from [CPO Name] was not approved.
Reason provided by the CPO:
[Reason]
Please note that this offer is no longer available for subscription.
