In the Certificate Management section you can upload the certificates that you need in order for the eRoaming platform to communicate with your backend if you are not using the Hubject Certificates.
There is an automatic negotiation in TLS 1.2 (select cipher suites) or 1.3.
The Hubject platform is using mTLS.
You can verify the server certificate from our endpoint but it is not mandatory. We present our certificate (service.hubject.com and service-qa.hubject.com) but it is your responsibility to check it.
All communication is encrypted in the TLS connection.
Only .pem and .crt file types are supported for upload.
The certificate uploaded will be used for requests from the eRoaming platform to your endpoint URL. To use this certificate you should select the option User Certificate in the Service Type Settings for Authorization.
You can add a user certificate by clicking on Add Certificate in the top right corner. If the certificate has been uploaded correctly it will be shown in green in the table with the status Active.
