The MeteringCheck field is an additional field in the HBS that is provided via OICP 2.3 protocol. This field indicates if a charging session complies with the calibration law requirements established by the respective federal entity.
What do I need to consider?
As CPO, what is the process to send this new field to the HBS?
This feature is only available for CPOs who are using OICP 2.3. The CPO can add the field MeteringCheck in the CalibrationLawVerificationInfo part in the CDR with the following properties:

The MeteringCheck is an optional field.

Important for the CPO: If the MeteringCheck has a value as “Passed” and the CDR does not contain any value in the field “ConsumedEnergy”, the CDR will be rejected with the status code “022” Data Error
As EMP, what is the process to receive this new field from the HBS?
This feature is only available for EMPs using OICP 2.3 who have activated the National Calibration Law service from their account in the HBS portal (click here to learn how). Once this service is active, the field MeteringCheck will be present in the CalibrationLawVerificationInfo section in the CDR with the following properties:

Important for the EMP: This field is optional. In case the CPO does not provide this information, the EMP will receive “Not apply” as a value.
