The charging and payment process for your customers consists on the following steps:

Scan the QR code on the charge point with a QR code scanner

Click on Charge Now.

The charging Product is displayed (including prices & fees). Select it by clicking on Select Product.

Accept the Terms & Conditions (select the checkbox; For reading the Terms & Conditions, just click on the correpsonding link) and proceed by clicking on Payment.

Choose the payment method and pay for the selected charging product.

After payment has been made, click on Start Charging to start the charging session.

To receive an E-Mail including charging details, click on Send Session and enter your E-Mail address (optional).

Stop the charging session via smartphone, by clicking on the Stop button or by removing the plug from the car.

Charging Process is completed. Download the receipt including charging and payment information.
