Once you have logged onto the portal you may want to create new user accounts so your colleagues can also access the platform. You can also edit user data, as well as change the passwords. To do this, click on the tab User Accounts in the User Management section.
You can see an overview of all users you have added to your partner account so far. You can filter them by First name, Last name, Login Name, Email and Authorities.
You can edit the user details, reset the password, lock the user and remove the user.
If you want to change a user's password, click the arrow icon next to the pencil icon. After a confirmation from your side the user will receive an email with a new password. After the first login, the user will be requested to choose a new password.
If you want to add a new user, click “+ New User” in the upper left corner of the table.
To edit user data, click the small pencil icon.
When adding new users, you will need to define their authorities.
User Authorities
Partner Account Administrator EMP | The user can manage other users, manage the Sub-partner Management , Master Data Management, Service Type Settings and Certificate Management. The user is allowed to create and see the Offers and Subscriptions. User can access the Process Monitor and Virtual Charging Station |
Power User Helpdesk | The user can access the Process Monitor and Virtual Charging Station |
Power User Business Contracts | The user can create and see offers and subscriptions |
Standard User Business Contracts | The user can see offers and subscriptions |
Standard User Monitoring | The user can see the Process Monitor |
Power/Standard User Reporting | The user can see the Dashboard |
You can also define which information the user will receive via mail:
News: User will receive news about new partners joining the platform via email
Alerts: User will receive alerts about expiring offers and subscriptions via email
Save your changes by clicking on Save. You see the new user or user with modified data in the overview on the User Accounts page.
