This tab offers you an overview of the Charge Detail Records (CDRs) that are processed by intercharge SETTLEMENT.

Column Summary
The table contains several columns representing your CDR Data. This table gives you an overview of those columns:

Rerate |
If the CDR got out of the process because tax configuration or EVSE Data related to the CDR was missing,you have the possibility to rerate within 90 days after the first attempt |

If the transaction did not happen for various reasons (insufficient funds, missing IBAN…), you have the possibility to retransmit the transaction within 90 days after the first attempt |

Export
If you want to export CDR Data, you have to filter the data first. Use the Filtering Option (see General Information - Filtering) for this (exclude columns). After applying your filters (you can apply as many as you like), the Export button will be enabled and you can download your data as a .csv file by clicking the Export button.
The export will provide you with the results of your research regardless of the pagination.

Rerate
If the CDR got out of the process because of missing Tax Configuration (per provider, per price component or per country), or because the EVSE Data related to the CDR was missing you have 90 days time, to fill in the missing data and Rerate. Only the CDR with missing Tax Configuration or EVSE Data can be rerated.
After selecting the CDR Data which fulfill the conditions you can click on Rerate (the button will be enabled as soon as you made a selection which is reratable).
Retransmit
If the transaction could not happen, you have the possibility to retransmit within 90 days. Only the unsettled CDR can be retransmitted.
After selecting those CDR Datas who fulfill the conditions you can click on Retransmit (the button will be enabled as soon as you made a selection).
