1. Check tariff information in your service subscriptions
Ensure that you have a Service Subscription to the Service Offers created by a CPO who is using the intercharge Settlement product.
2. Update your master data in the HBS portal
In the company profile page in the HBS portal (Master Data Management), ensure that company name, billing address, billing first & last name, IBAN and VAT ID are correct. This information will appear on the B2B invoice generated in the Settlement Portal.
3. Penny Test
To make sure that your bank account is activated, Hubject will perform a “penny test”, where we will transfer back and forth 1 cent from our account to your account.
4. Now, you are all set.
Agree on an activation date with our Customer Excellence Management Team to activate the product.
It can be for example the beginning of the next month at midnight.
5. After reviewing your configuration, our team will confirm jointly with EXFS that you are officially a Settlement Partner, starting the date of your choice.
