Please follow the steps below in order to fully use our service
- Check tariff information in your service offers
Please make sure to provide us the tariff information for each service offer by uploading your pricing information as a CSV file in the 'service offer' section selecting 'submit offer' in the HBS portal. You can find more information in the HBS Documentation "Create a New Service Offer" article.
Alternatively, when using OICP 2.2 you can send us the pricing information via REST API.
Note: Each Product Name in the tariff needs to be unique.
- Include ProductID in each CDR
In order to do the rating, ProductID must be a mandatory field in the CDR. Please insure that Product ID will be included in each CDR.
- Update your master data in the HBS portal
In the company profile page in the HBS portal, ensure that company name, billing address, and VATID are correct. This information will appear on the B2B invoice generated in the billing platform. Additional billing information must be provided separately in the billing platform (see step 4).
- Complete your billing information in the BILLING portal
In the invoice configuration tab complete the following information:
- Company logo (optional)
- Company slogan (optional)
- Contact name (optional)
- Contact billing address (optional)
- Contact email
- Contact telephone
- Bank Name (optional)
- Bank account name
- Bank account number
- Bank SWIFT number
- Correspondent bank name (optional)
- Correspondent bank SWIFT number (optional)
- Payment Period
- Legal Statement (optional)
- Configure the VAT rate
You can configure the VAT rate for each EMP that subscribes to your service in the tax configuration tab. To do so, follow the instruction on chapter 3.7 Configuring the Tax.
