The partner provides a partner certificate which does not match the HBS partner configuration for his account. This may have the following reasons:
- The Operator ID or Provider ID supplied is wrong. It must match exactly the ID stored in your partner account. As an example: In your partner account the ID is “DE*ABC” is configured and through the Web service message the ID “DEABC” will result in an error. You can check your ID in your Portal account under Administration -> Master Data.
- The certificate check is negative and your certificate does not match the partner certification configuration of the partner certificate
If your certificate configuration is not configured as requested at the start of onboarding, please create a ticket for Hubject.
