The CDR is not transferred correctly if one of the following conditions is true:
Forwarding Status = “Not Forwarded”
- The EMP operates offline and downloads its CDR's subsequently by GetChargeDetailRecord. In this case a “Not forwarded” forwarding status is correct and works as expected
- EMP Online does not have flag "Online" set in the Service Type settings - please check that your EMP partner service endpoint is configured as described in Section Individual Configuration of the HBS QA Account in the HBS User Documentation
- EMP Online has the "Online" flag set in the Service Type settings, but no or an incorrect URL is specified. Please double check your service endpoint description
- EMP Online/Offline has been locked by Hubject
- The CDR has a different status than succes.
Forwarding Status = “EMP_ERROR”
- The CDR is not forwarded due to an EMP system exception.
